Do you have any idea how hard it is to find size 7 double-pointed needles in the store?

I worked really hard finishing the cable border for one of my GAAA!!! squares only to find out that I don’t have size 7 DPNs.  I need these to complete the inside of the square, as you can tell from the picture below:

I do not have these needles, however.  I do have the flu though, so I’m prevented from going out and searching for the needles at different craft stores.  I’d order some off the web, but I’m trying to avoid spending money on shipping charges, which will probably cost as much as another set of needles.  So until I’m on my feet again, I will just have to wait.  Unless someone wants to give me a set free of charge?  Haha.

Aside from that, this square has been fun.  It’s another one of the five hardest squares.  This one has short rows, wraps, and lots of strange things I’ve never done before.  It looks like the picture in the book though, so that’s good.  What I don’t like is that you can see where I grafted.  This hasn’t been blocked though, so maybe once it’s all done and blocked, it will look better.

Here’s a more close-up view of the corner of the cable border:

Not bad, huh?  I just can’t wait to actually finish this square!  In the meantime, I’ll just have to start on another one to keep me busy.
